We made our Differential housing as easy to install as possible by including a brand new magnet with new wiring installed right out of the box. We dont make you install it yourself or reuse your old one like some other guys. SuperATV does the work for you.
We also pre-install all the seals and bushings so that you can get back to work or play as fast as possible. To take it a step further, our design utilizes a bolt on cap to retain the pinion bearing instead of a snap ring because we hate snap rings. We didn't want to keep replacing our broken diff every time our prop shaft buckled or front output shaft cracked, and we hated replacing axles once the mounting bolts wallered out the threads. That's why we make our differential out of 6061 billet aluminum so that we know its the strongest differential around. In fact, its 57% stronger than your stock differential thanks to its thicker walls and denser aluminum.But we didnt just make it out of billet aluminum and call it good. We also include steel helical inserts to reinforce the threads on mounting points. Pro UTV racers use them, and we installed them on our diff to make sure no vibration, jump, or wreck will ever loosen the mounting points on your differential.
